Thank you for your interest in participating in the early access program (the "Program") for OnlyKota (the "Service"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

• Participation in the Program is by payment or invitation only. Freelifestyle reserves the right to determine eligibility for the Program.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

Access and Use

• During the Program, you will have access to the Service in a pre-release version. This version may have limited features and may not be fully functional.
• You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Feedback

• Your feedback is valuable to us. By participating in the Program, you agree to provide feedback about your experience with the Service.
• You grant Freelifestyle a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the Service and any other products or services.

Confidentiality

• The Service and any related information provided to you during the Program are confidential and proprietary to Freelifestyle.
• You agree not to disclose any information about the Service to any third party without prior written consent from Freelifestyle.

No Warranties

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• Freelifestyle does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or your use of the Service.

Termination

General

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Freelifestyle regarding your participation in the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
